I'm Deep — a full-stack engineer from Ahmedabad, currently leading backend architecture on a flagship US healthcare Prior Authorization platform at Capgemini. I've shipped 40+ production REST APIs across a 13-repository ecosystem: .NET 10 Clean Architecture services, event-driven flows on Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs and Event Grid, a Policy-Based Access Control engine built from scratch for HIPAA-aligned compliance, and the React frontends that sit on top.
Before that, four years at Cognizant in insurance — three promotions, a 1M+ record zero-loss migration, features shipped across Angular, React and .NET Core. I'm a patent co-inventor (ML-driven medication inspection device) and lately I've gone deep on GenAI — building multi-agent pipelines with Azure OpenAI and RAG patterns that turn meeting transcripts into ready-to-groom Azure DevOps work items.

Senior Consultant — Prior Authorization Platform
- Architected the platform from the ground up — 40+ production REST APIs across core Prior Auth and PBAC services on .NET Clean Architecture with clean domain / application / infrastructure layering.
- Built a Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) service from scratch for fine-grained, HIPAA-aligned authorization across roles, actions and resources.
- Cut request volume 16K → 3K calls (−81%) via query redesign; Azure Redis Cache on hot paths for reference data and permission lookups.
- Designed async, event-driven workflows on Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs and Event Grid to decouple flows and improve resilience & throughput.
- Led the .NET 8 → .NET 10 upgrade with EF Core 10 migration across 8+ projects, keeping the platform on the latest LTS with performance gains.
- Instrumented with OpenTelemetry + App Insights — distributed tracing, correlation IDs and production diagnostics dashboards.
